Russ Pence, President and Senior Consultant

| Mr. Pence serves as President and Technical Director for the company. In this capacity, Mr. Pence provides guidance and support to PM Directions personnel engaged at client locations, and acts as a senior consultant when needed. Mr. Pence is a senior information technology manager with over 25 years of client-facing experience. He has had profit and loss responsibility with staff to over 400, and is experienced in all aspects of PMI project management methodology. He has a deep understanding of business process management and data and work flow modeling, and is experienced in integrating enterprise project management systems with collaboration systems. He has a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and an M.S. in Information Technology from George Washington University. In 2006, Mr Pence received certification as CIO from the General Services Administration. In 2008 he received a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the University of Colorado. |
